TEAM BUILDING & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

“My team absolutely loved the workshop, and felt that they now have a much better understanding of themselves as individuals, as well as how to better interact with others in the team. I cannot thank Sam enough for her sensational work she did with my team, and I would highly recommend to all businesses that are looking to motivate, educate, and better engage their teams.”

Workplace Team Building & Communication Skills Training

Team Building with DiSC®

COURSE OVERVIEW

DiSC® is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. Each participant receives a personalised DiSC Profile report with insights that deepen their understanding of their own and others’ behavioural style, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective and facilitating increased engagement and collaboration within teams. You can download a sample of the DiSC Workplace Profile here.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Course participants learn about:

  • The DiSC model and the four behavioural styles
  • Their own behavioural style including strengths and challenges
  • Strategies for interacting with other behavioural styles in the workplace to improve communication and collaboration.
DELIVERY

The DiSC program consists of four components: the online assessment, the individualised profile, the face-to-face workshop delivered in your workplace (either a 4-hour or full day workshop) and access to My Everything DiSC, an interactive learning portal that gives participants unlimited access to their completed profile(s), insights about DiSC and strategies for applying DiSC to real work situations. The portal also allows participants to access Comparison Reports at no extra cost. With Comparison Reports, any two participants can explore their similarities and differences, potential challenges in working together, and practical tips for improving their working relationship.
