Workplace Training

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

“Our management team did the Leadership Series with Sam over 18 months. It was excellent training, really interesting and so interactive. We all looked forward to the sessions with Sam. I learned so much that I continue to use and apply in the workplace.”

Leadership training for when you want leaders who actually lead

Our leadership training is great both for new managers, or those with more experience who want to take their people leadership skills to the next level. Our workshops bring together neuroscience, psychology and employment law to provide participants with practical strategies for engaging and managing people.

The leadership training can be delivered as a professional development package with the complete series of seven workshops delivered over a six to 12-month period, which allows for deep consolidation of learning. Alternatively, each workshop can be delivered as a stand-alone product that targets a specific learning need. And, don’t forget, we can tailor any of our workshops or build something from the ground up to perfectly target your leadership development needs.
